Course structure
The MA programme consists of six modules and has been designed to provide flexible, part-time study that can easily be incorporated alongside your professional commitments.
Students can complete the programme up to full MA Degree level (all six modules) or decide to exit at two specific points, receiving the appropriate award for that stage, either a Post-Graduate Certificate (having completed Modules 1 and 2) or Diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy (Modules 3 and 4). The full course is worth 180 university masters credits.
You can enrol on the programme whenever you feel ready – this might be after attending only one MindFields College seminar or workshop, but could be after attending several.
It typically takes up to two years to complete the Post-graduate Diploma part of the programme (Modules 1 to 4 inclusive). People with ability and aptitude will progress quickly and those who need more time and experience can move through the course at the speed appropriate for them.
All of the modules need to be completed in sequence. But, as the MindFields College seminars and workshops required for Modules 1 and 2 run at different times throughout the year, they can be attended at any time before you begin Module 1 or while you are progressing through it. Likewise, when you are working through Module 2, the seminars and workshops can be attended in whatever order they first become available to you. The main thing is that you complete your assessments for Module 1, before going on to complete your Module 2 assessments.
